My Story
In 2013 I chose to change my life. As a working mother of 3 I decided to go back to school and earn my degree in physical therapy assisting. Best decision ever! Not only did it give me the opportunity for a meaningful career, it has also allowed me to start my own business. My health care background has given me insight into the increasing need for consistent care. As a licensed physical therapist assistant I have worked with a wide range of ages and physical abilities. My current placement is in home health working mostly with seniors 65 and older. Over the past five years as a home health provider I have had the privilege of teaching, training and assisting my patients to regain their mobility and strength after various life occurrences. Recently I have transitioned my knowledge from clinical therapy practice to in home personal training. This has been a gift. I am able to craft training programs for each client based on their individual needs and goals. Over the course of my time with my current clients I have been able to build trust and confidence with each person allowing us to be more productive during the session and lead to future growth. I am grateful for the opportunity be a part of each persons life and feel a great responsibility to them. It is my hope that each client feels CAPABLE.
